Q: What is a synthetic wig? 

A: Synthetic wigs are created from man-made fibers using specialized technology to give the overall appearance and feel of real hair. Lower quality fibers are shinier in appearance and tend to be less realistic in texture and movement. Diosawigs adopts highest quality synthetic fibers which make the wigs look more natural.

Q: What's the point of a lace front wig?

A: A front lace wig refers to a wig that has sheer lace along the front portion of the wig that rests along the forehead and traces your natural hairline. The purpose of the lace is to give the wearer the appearance of a natural hairline. 

Q: Which is better, full lace wig or lace front wig?

A: Full lace wigs have a base that is made fully of lace unlike the lace front wig. This means full lace wigs are a bit more versatile than a lace front wig, because they can be worn in different hair styles.

Q: What is the difference between a lace wig and a regular wig?

A: A lace wig gives a more natural look while a regular wig looks more like a full head of faux hair. With a regular wig, it will be not that natural. The lace wig has its lace part which makes it look like the wig hair is growing from your scalp.

Q: How to apply a lace front wig? 

A:  1. Cut the extra lace in the front of the cap.
     2. Braid your own hair, and put on your wig cap.
     3. Fix your wig by combs and adjust the size with the belt. 

Q: Can I heat the synthetic wigs?

A: Yes, our wigs adopts high quality heat friendly synthetic fiber which can withstand heat up to 300° Fahrenheit (149° Celsius) but it's always better to start with low heat and increase only if you need to. As with natural hair, leaving hot irons on hair for too long can cause kinks or damage. Heat friendly wigs also require special care.

Q: How can I wash the synthetic wigs?

A: 1. De-Tangle. Before you wash, be sure to carefully detangle the hair using a wide tooth comb. 
2. Wash. Fill a bowl with COLD water (never hot, as heat damages fibres). ...
3. Rinse. Immerse your wig in a fresh bowl of cold water to remove shampoo. ...
4. Condition. ...
5. Towel dry. ...
6. Style and hair dry.

Q: How can I stock the wig?

A: You can keep the wig with the hair net and diosawigs packing bag in a cool&dry space.

Q: How long can a synthetic wig last?

A: With daily use, synthetic wigs typically last 6 months to one year if you keep it well. Correct wig care will help to extend its lifespan.

Q: What’s the wig density?

A: 150% Heavy. 

Q: What size heads do your wigs fit?

A: All our wigs are using average cap which means they fit heards 21.5 to 22.5 inches in circumference. Inside the wig cap there are 3 fixed combs and 1 adjustable belts so that you can tight or loose with the straps inside to fit your head. For petite or extra large caps please contact us via email for custom orders.

Q: How should I measure my head size?

A: With a measure tape, begin at the front of your hairline and wrap the tape behind your ear to the nape of your neck around to your other ear until the tape meets again at the front of your hairline. The comfortable elastic/cloth material is stretchable and can fit most head sizes.

(1) Most wigs have adjustable tabs at the neck to adjust the cap up to 1" for acomfortable and secure fit.

(2) For centimeters to inches conversion: 53.5 centimeters is equal to 21 inches,56 centimeters is equal to 22 inches, and 58.5 centimeters is equal to 23 inches.

Q: When I put on the wig, why does it look shorter when compared to your pictures?

A: As your head size and neck length are different from our mannequin, it could make the length of the wig different from the length of the wig as shown in the pictures.

Q: Can the synthetic wigs be dyed?

A: Unfortunately synthetic fiber cannot be dyed like normal human hair. However, you can use Acrylic Ink & 99% Alcohol or Polyester Dye to dye synthetic hair. 

Q: Is there any color difference between the wig and the picture shown on your website? 

A: Due to different monitor settings and the lighting of our photo-shooting, there is a chance that color that appears on your monitor could vary slightly from the original color of the wig.

Q: I have received my wig and the hair is shedding, is this normal?

A: Yes, it is perfectly normal. All our wigs are made with more hair than specified in the description, to allow for shedding when the wig is first brushed through.

Q: Do I need to use glue or tape to secure my wig when wearing it, if so, how?

A: Although they are considered "glue less" due to the combs and straps they have in them, we usually recommend the use of Mastix Spirit Gum to secure your wigs down. This is because the lace will still shift or lift in wind if it isn't glued down to your head securely. 

Q: How can I untangle my wig?

A: It is normal for long hair wigs to get tangled up. When that happens, you may use a large tooth comb to work on the fiber from the lower part first, then bit by bit move it towards the root. Please remember not to comb the hair from the root to the tips in a stroke or back comb the hair.

Ordering

Q: How do I know if I have placed the order successfully?

A: All successful orders will have an order confirmation email sent to your registered email address. If you have not received any confirmation email after you have placed your order, please contact us for assistance. You may also want to check your spam folder to see if our emails have gone there. 

Q: Can I make changes to my order after I have placed it?

A: You can still make changes to your order if we have not yet sent your item or if we have not yet started production of your item. Please contact us of your changes to make within 24 hours after you have placed your order.

Q: How can I use the discount code?

A: On checkout before you make payment, please enter the discount code in the box and enter apply. You will then see the discount being applied to your order.

Q: Do you offer discount to bulk lot order?

A: We do offer discount to bulk lot order. If you are interested, please contact us and give us details of your order including style numbers and quantity for a price quotation.

 

Cancel Order & Return Policy

Q: Can I cancel the order I placed?

A: In some cases we may accept cancellation if an order has not yet been shipped, but we must also receive the cancellation request by email within 24 hours after the order was placed. Any order cancellation will result in a 20% cancellation fees applied to the order amount (excluding shipping cost). For customized or made-to-order wigs order, we are unable to cancel order.

Q: What is your return policy? Do you offer any item exchange?

A: If you are not satisfied with your purchased item, you could return it to us for a refund of the item price only. The returned item must be in its original new condition with the tag attached or the Diosawigs card enclosed. Items that have been used will not be accepted for return. Customized item, such as color, style or fitting has been customized, will not be accepted for return as well. Postage to return the item will be paid by customer. We do not, however, offer any exchange of item.

Shipping

Q: Do you ship to every coutry?

A: Yes we can ship to almost every country. However for different countries we may use different couriers and the time it takes varies.  If you're in a hurry for your order, please just choose expedited shipping to speed it up. 

Q: What shipping methods are available for choosing?
A: There are two types of shipping methods you can choose at checkout: standard shipping(7-12 business days for most countries) or expedited shipping(2-7 business days for most countries). A tracking number will be provided once your package has been dispatched. You could trace your package by clicking into the tracking number link in your order status.

Q: How much is the expedited shipping?

A:  It's $20 and there is no weight limit for this method. You can choose expedited shipping at payment checkout. To most countries the expedited shipping takes 2-7 business days

Q: How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

A: After the order is placed, there will be 1-2 business day's processing time, due to busy periods and public holidays it will be longer than normal. We do not work on Saturdays and Sundays. 

For custom order normally we will write the processing time on the product details page, you also can contact us for the actual processing time since sometims there will be stock available for custom wigs.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order after being shipped?

Q: Will I get a tracking number for my package?

A: Yes, we will send you a delivery confirmation email with tracking number provided. Also you can check your order status for tracking your package,

Q: Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?

A: Please double check the email address you provided on the order so that you can receive all the sufficient information. If you didn't receive it please contact us at diosawigs@gmail.com .

Q: What is the shipping time?

A: Delivery via standard shipping usually takes about 7 to 12 business days. And expedited shipping usually takes about 2-7 business days  Shipping time does not include handling and processing time. 
Please note that the delivery period could be delayed due to some factors that is out of our control like custom inspection, peak season for postal service such as Christmas, recipients' local postal service, and extreme weather conditions. And for some remote countries the shipping time will take longer. 

 

Payment & Taxes

Q: What payment method do you accept?

A: Currently we only accept PayPal.

Q: Do I need to pay any import tax? If so, how much is it?

A:  Shipping charges do not cover duty and taxes. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes associated with the shipment. We do not accept any returned packages because buyer is unwilling or fail to pay custom duties and taxes. 

 

Ordering

Q: Are you free shipping worldwide?

A: Yes, we supply free standard shipping worldwide.

Q: I cannot find my country's currency in your converter, how can I find out the price?

Q: Can I make changes to my order after I have placed it?

Q: Can you do customer orders? How long will it take?

A: Yes. Custom orders are available. For texture/length custom order it will take 2-3 days. For color dye and complicated order it will take 20-50 days depends on your actual requirements. Please contact diosawigs@gmail.com for custom orders.

Q: What happens if I do not receive my order?

A: There can be multiple reasons for you not receiving your order:

*Your order might have been lost
*The delivery details were incorrect when you placed your order, so it was returned to us
*The courier attempted to deliver your order multiple times but were unsuccessful, so it was returned to us.


If the order was lost during transit, you will be entitled to a replacement or full refund. An order can only be classified as lost if it has not been delivered after 30 business days.

If the order was not received due to customer error (i.e incorrect details/courier unable to deliver to given address) then the customer is responsible for paying for postage again. Once the order is received back and second postage is paid for, we can resend your order. If the customer no longer wants the order then a refund, minus shipping and a 15% restocking & admin fee, will be issued once the order is back with us.

 

Cancel Order& Return Policy

Q: Can I cancel the order I placed?

Q: What can I do when I think my purchase is damaged or faulty?

A: If you believe you have received an incorrect, damaged or faulty item then contact our after sales department email: diosawigs@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will get back to you as soon as possible and we will ask for you to send photos to help resolve the issue.

Please note, we can only accept returns of damaged or faulty items providing they have not been worn or had the lace cut, as we can’t be responsible for items that have been damaged while being worn.
